Swimming at Westminster Invite

The Swim team traveled to the Westminster School in Simsbury, CT for a tri-meet with the Varsity squads of Westminster and Wilbraham-Monson, once again the Brookies swam their fastest only to be stymied by the Westminster divers. The swimming score was tied but the 2 Westminster divers placed first and second, Eaglebrook had no divers, scoring 7 points, the difference in the meet. The team swam their fastest relays of the year, taking a first in the 200 free relay and silver in the 200 medley and 400 free relay. Swims of note were Jonathon Ji’s personal best and victory in the 500 Free, Michael Xu’s personal bests in taking gold and silver by .06 seconds in the 50 and 100 free, James C. victory in the 200 free and personal best swims by Logan P., Eric Z., Alex S., Ohm P. and Bertrand L. The Varsity swimmers will host the Exeter JV team for Winter Carnival on Saturday.
