  • Step 1: Inquiry Form

    We recommend you start the process by completing an Inquiry Form online.

  • Step 2: Schedule a Visit

    Please contact the Admissions Office admissions@eaglebrook.org or (413) 774-9111 at your earliest convenience to set up an appointment. Due to the current health crisis, we are not able to welcome families to campus so we will be conducting interviews via Skype until further notice. For now, we hope to connect with your family online to share more about Eaglebrook and answer your questions.

  • Step 3: Submit Application

    Applicants have two options in completing the application. Please submit all of the application forms, along with the required application fee ($60.00 for domestic applicants and $120.00 for international applicants). Payment should be made by check and payable to Eaglebrook School.

    Complete the entire application process using Gateway to Prep School, or The Standard Application Online (SAO), or download the application.

    A complete application includes the following:

    1. Academic Transcript: Please request that the applicant's current school send the official transcript directly to the Admissions Office.

    2. Recommendations: Please download the following recommendation forms and submit them to the appropriate individuals. Recommendations should be sent directly from the school via email to admissions@eaglebrook.org or mailed to the Admissions Office (271 Pine Nook Road, Deerfield, MA 01342).

    3. Standardized Testing

    Domestic applicants should submit results from the following test: The SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) for applicants to the 7th, 8th, or 9th grades.

    The WISC-V (the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children) upon Eaglebrook's request.

    International applicants should submit results from: The TOEFL Junior and the SSAT for all applicants.

    The AELAP is a required pre-assessment for all students applying from Mainland China
  • Financial Aid

    To be considered for Financial Aid, candidates must complete the Admissions Checklist and submit all financial aid requirements through the School & Student Services (SSS) by February 1st.   • Admissions Deadlines

    Domestic Applicants: Domestic Boarding and Day applicants are considered on a rolling basis, there are no formal deadlines. However, we suggest applications be submitted as early as possible since there are a limited number of boarding and day spaces. First-round decisions will be made after January 1st.

    International Applicants: International applicants need to complete application requirements by December 15th.

    Applicants from Mainland China: Please contact assessment@aelap.org to schedule a required English assessment prior to starting the application process, including scheduling a tour and interview. You can also visit their website at www.aelap.org

    Financial Aid candidates need to complete the application requirements AND financial aid requirements by February 1st.
