  • Step 1: Inquiry Form

    We recommend you start the process by completing an Inquiry Form online.

  • Step 2: Schedule an On-Campus Visit & Interview

    Please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@eaglebrook.org or (413) 774-9111 at your earliest convenience to set up a visit. We accept appointments year-round. For families unable to travel to campus, please contact the Admissions Office to discuss possible alternatives.

  • Step 3: Submit Application

    Applicants have three options to apply through. Complete the entire application process by using Gateway to Prep School, or The Standard Application Online (SAO), or request a login to myEBS from the Admissions Office to complete an Eaglebrook Online Application. Please submit all of the application forms through your method of choice, along with the required application fee ($60 for domestic applications and $120.00 for international applicants). 

    Required Application Materials:

    1. Academic Transcript: Please request that the applicant's current school send the official transcript directly to the Admissions Office.

    2. Recommendations: Recommendations are sent through myEBS directly to the candidate's teachers to be completed and submitted directly to the Admissions Office. The following recommendations are required: 

    Head of School or Principal Recommendation
    English Teacher Recommendation 
    Math Teacher Recommendation 
    Personal Recommendation 

    3. Standardized Testing*

    *We understand the limitations of testing due to Covid-19. Please communicate with the Admissions Office regarding testing for the 2022-2023 school year. 

    Domestic and International applicants should submit results from the following test:

    The SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) for applicants to the 7th, 8th, or 9th grades - Information for the SSAT can be found at www.ssat.org

    AND/OR 

    The WISC-V (the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children) upon Eaglebrook's request or if previously administered. 

    In addition, International Applicants should submit results from:

    The TOEFL Junior - information for the TOEFL Jr. can be found at www.ets.org/toefl_junior.

    Additional testing may be required by the admissions committee. 
  • Financial Aid

    To be considered for Financial Aid, candidates must complete the Admissions Checklist and submit all financial aid requirements through the School & Student Services (SSS) by February 1st.   • Admissions Deadlines

    Domestic Applicants: Domestic Boarding and Day applicants are considered on a rolling basis. There are no formal deadlines. However, we suggest applications be submitted as early as possible since there are a limited number of boarding and day spaces. First-round decisions will be made after January 1.

    International Applicants: International applicants need to complete application requirements by December 15. Please contact the Admissions Office for available space after December 15. 

    Financial Aid Applicants: Financial aid candidates need to complete the application requirements AND financial aid requirements by February 1. Learn more on our Tuition & Financial Aid page
