Dining at Eaglebrook
The Eaglebrook dining hall, in the center of campus, feeds the entire school three family-style meals each day and offers an informal Sunday brunch.
We take our responsibility to feed growing boys seriously, and the dining hall staff prepares hearty, healthy meals that satisfy boys with rumbling stomachs and hollow legs. The menu changes weekly, but the fresh, local foods in rotation are always sourced from farms close to campus—and sometimes from our very own vegetable garden. Boys eat at assigned faculty-led tables and also serve as waiters. The tradition of family-style meals helps boys develop manners, the ability to carry on dinner conversation, and the ability to clean up after themselves and others.
