How to Apply

Eaglebrook School offers boys in their middle school years a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow. Part of Eaglebrook's mission statement says that the school's role is "to help each boy come in to full and confident possession of his innate talents." As a school, Eaglebrook also emphasizes some Core Skills that are essential for any boy in middle school.

Admission Deadlines

Domestic Boarding and Day applicants are considered on a rolling basis, there are no formal deadlines. However, we suggest applications be submitted as early as possible since there are a limited number of boarding and day spaces. First round decisions will be made after January 1st.
 
International applicants need to complete application requirements by December 15th.

Financial Aid candidates need to complete the application requirements AND financial aid requirements by February 1st.

The Process

Campus Visit and Interview
 
A candidate and his family must visit the school for an interview and tour which allows a family to view the campus, ask questions, and meet teachers and students. Please contact the Admissions Office, admissions@eaglebrook.org or (413) 774-9111 at your earliest convenience to set up an appointment. Please note that no Skype interviews will be allowed.

Applicants have two options in completing the application.

Payment should be made by check
(Payable to Eaglebrook School)

Academic Transcript
Please request that the applicant's current school send the official transcript directly to the Admissions Office.

Recommendations
Please download the following recommendation forms and submit them to the appropriate individuals. Recommendations should be sent directly from the school to the Admissions Office (271 Pine Nook Road, Deerfield, MA 01342).

Standardized Testing

Domestic applicants should submit results from the following test:

The SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) for applicants to the 7th, 8th, or 9th grades.

The WISC-V (the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children) upon Eaglebrook's request.



International applicants should submit results from:

The TOEFL Junior  and the SSAT for all applicants.

The WISC-V (the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children) upon Eaglebrook's request.

Financial Aid

To be considered for Financial Aid, candidates must complete the Admissions Checklist and submit all financial aid requirements through the School & Student Services (SSS) by February 1st.
