Outline of Faculty Responsibilities

Faculty are expected to contribute in three main areas of school life: academics, athletics, and residential. However, the job goes beyond these three areas as faculty act as role models and mentors for the students throughout the day. The average faculty member will spend a great deal of time with students during the day, and the quality of these interactions is critical.

Values:
All faculty are expected to uphold and support, both in word and deed, the mission of the school, its core values, and its policies. All adults who work for Eaglebrook need to present an exemplary model of adult behavior, maintain proper social and emotional boundaries with students and all other community members, and work cooperatively and openly with other faculty, staff, administrators, and parents.
