FACULTY SPOTLIGHT: Angela Trimbach-Rios

Ms. Angela Trimbach-Rios is a member of the World Languages department where she teaches Spanish. Angela lives in Taylor House with her husband Rob and their two daughters, Sophie and Isabella.

What are your roles at Eaglebrook? Spanish teacher and dorm parent 

Proudest Achievement? Growth as an educator   

Last book you read? The Natural Approach by Stephen Krashen 

Movie you would recommend? Pride and Prejudice

Favorite Food? Colombian Corn Cakes called Arepae 

My soundtrack is? Coffee House on Sirius XM 

Best Advice Ever Received? As a parent, you need to let go. There is things you cannot control and that is alright. 

Why Eaglebrook? We came because of Carlos Rios, and Rob worked in home building and when that the economy crashed I came for a summer and told my husband that this is where we should work! 

What are your interests/hobbies? I love crafts, knitting, embroidery. Doing things with my hands. 

What animal do you identify with most? Cats 

One word that describes me? Sympathetic. I always see other people’s point of view.
