Varsity Basketball v. Cushing

The Varsity Basketball team traveled to Cushing Academy for the first game of the season. Despite some opening minute jitters, The Eagles settled down and had a terrific first half. Led on the offensive end by Chris Hohlstein and Nick Seretta, Eaglebrook scored the 8 of the final 10 points of the half and headed to the locker room with a three point lead. Unfortunately the second half did not go as smoothly, as the Brookies struggled to find a rhythm and the Penguin shooters found their stroke. The Eagles now have a better sense of what they need to work on as we prepare for our next road trip to Belmont Hill on Saturday.
