Track v. Avon Old Farms

On April 5th, the track team ventured to Avon Old Farms for a practice meet with Avon's varsity team. While the chance of winning any event was not realistic for the mostly Forth and Fifth formers, there were a number of highlights to the day. Jin Woo Choi won his heat in the 100-meter race while Riley Silbert surprised many of the older racers with his time of roughly 2:30 in the 800 meters. Although the Eaglebrook athletes were a bit overwhelmed by their opponent, everyone worked hard to set marks in different events which they can improve upon for the rest of the season.
