Cross Country at Northfield Mount Hermon

On Saturday, September 22, Eaglebrook's 5k team went out for their first 5k race at Northfield Mount Hermon. The nine runners were challenged as they went against the varsity teams of Suffield Academy, Williston Northampton, and NMH. The hilly 5k course through the fields and woods proved to be tough; nevertheless, each runner showed superb effort and talent throughout the race. We are proud of each of our runners for his determination to overcome a difficult course and older competitors. We congratulate Jackson Elkins with time of 21:00, Evan Miller with a time of 21:10, and Henry Hirschfield with a time of 19:17 and 13th place overall.
