Varsity B Hockey v. Rectory

The Eaglebrook Varsity B Hockey team suffered a tough setback against a skilled and well-coached Rectory team, conceding a 3-1 defeat. Eaglebrook began the game in fine style, scoring a mere 16 seconds into the game when Henry Marshall banged home an assist from Teito Kokubo. Unfortunately, Eaglebrook then proceeded to begin a string of visits to the penalty box, giving Rectory more and more chances to convert. Unfortunately, they did and Eaglebrook soon found itself behind. Remy

Levine played a strong game between the pipes for Eaglebrook, however, he could not stop the Rectory forwards, who attacked the net with tenacity and converted their chances. This was just not to be Eaglebrook's day, as the legs never really got going and the focus necessary to make turn this game in Eaglebrook's favor was not there either. Eaglebrook looks to bounce back in the league against Hillside School on Tuesday.
