Varsity Lacrosse v. Indian Mountain

The Varsity lacrosse team has been working hard for the past two weeks and they were able to demonstrate that hard work against their first opponent of the year, Indian Mountain School. Unfortunately, the weather cut the game short after the first half due to lightning. With the ball on the offensive half for much of the game, the D kept their focus and stepped up nicely to eliminate any transition. While on the other end of the field the offense was effective both in transition and in our settled sets. Six different players contributed to the 11 goals with many of them coming from assists. The team focuses this week on their trip to the eastern part of the state for their next two games.
