At Eaglebrook, we recognize that all students learn in different ways, vary in their innate abilities, and come from a variety of educational backgrounds. Classes at Eaglebrook are organized to meet the needs of each boy.
Eaglebrook is a close community of middle school students, teachers, and their families. Activities outside of the academic classroom are important to the intellectual, social, physical, and emotional development of boys in middle school. Eaglebrook Boys Swimming faced off against Exeter on Saturday, February 4, and what a meet it was! Fifth Form captain Jeffrey Lim broke a six-year standing record in the 100 butterfly with a time of 55.53, cutting roughly a half second of the old record. This inspired swim helped lead the team to victory against a tough Exeter JV squad. Brothers Kevin and Andrew Chang both had standout swims, Kevin won the 100 yard backstroke today in a personal best time of 1:08.85. Andrew has continued to prove himself to be one of the teams top sprinters, posting a sub 24 second 50 freestyle of his relay. Sixth form captain Matt Kenvin has continued to blow away the competition in distance events, taking away two wins today in the 200 and 500 freestyles, Mr. Kenvin made it look easy as he cruised in under 2 minutes for a second time this season in the 200. The list of key players on the team goes on, each and every boy has been training hard, dropping time, and improving himself.
