Why would you send a sixth-grade boy to boarding school? Shouldn't a ninth-grade student start high school? What is a junior boarding school? Make an appointment to visit us today and learn why Eaglebrook, a boarding and day school for boys in middle school, might be the right place for your son.
Eaglebrook School was founded in 1922 by Howard Gibbs as a private boarding and day school for boys in middle school. Learn about our school in Deerfield, Massachusetts then and now, and read about the Core Skills we think every boy should know.
At Eaglebrook, we recognize that all students learn in different ways, vary in their innate abilities, and come from a variety of educational backgrounds. Classes at Eaglebrook are organized to meet the needs of each boy.
Eaglebrook is a close community of middle school students, teachers, and their families. Activities outside of the academic classroom are important to the intellectual, social, physical, and emotional development of boys in middle school. At Eaglebrook, boys learn more than they ever thought possible, discover inner resources, develop self-confidence, and have fun along the way. Delivering on our mission is only possible through the incredible generosity of alumni, parents, parents of alumni, and friends.”
The annual event brought together generations of the Eaglebrook community.
On Friday, July 17, Eaglebrook welcomed alumni, parents, faculty, current and incoming students, and friends to Crumpin-Fox Club for the 4th Annual Eaglebrook Golf Outing. Set against the backdrop of a beautiful summer day, the event brought together members of the Eaglebrook community to enjoy a day of golf while celebrating the relationships and shared commitment that strengthen the School and its mission.
One of the highlights of the day was seeing so many young alumni return and play an active role in giving back to Eaglebrook. Their participation reflected the values they developed as students and demonstrated a growing commitment to ensuring that future generations of boys have the opportunity to experience an Eaglebrook education. Congratulations to this year's winning team: Aaron Van Epps '23, Aiden Van Epps '21, Max Massoni '21, and Dan Smith.
Eaglebrook is also grateful to the Van Epps family for serving as the lead sponsor and host, and to the many generous sponsors whose support made the outing possible. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this year's event such a wonderful day for the Eaglebrook community. Thanks to the volunteers, sponsors, and supporters whose generosity and enthusiasm continue to make the annual Golf Outing a special tradition. We look forward to welcoming everyone back next year.
