Varsity Water Polo v. Canterbury

Varsity Water Polo started the season with a skillfully played game against Canterbury School’s Varsity team. In his first varsity game, goalie Chuck Glodstien was credited with 12 saves. The team came out shooting right away with Captain Conor Sullivan scoring the first goal of the game. The shooting continued throughout the entire game with a total of 32 shots on goal, Jared Armes, Luke Bakker, Captain Hilton Chao, Henry Chou, Thomas Ferguson, Paddy Wakeham, and high scorer of the game, Conor Sullivan, all put the ball into the net. Speedsters David Cho and RJ Finlay continually won the ball and got it up the court quickly and efficiently contributing with assists on almost every goal. The most impressive aspect of the game was how well Varsity played as a team on their first game together.
