In his first competition of the long jump Raymond Chen came in third place with a personal record jump. Daniel Nixon came in second in the high jump in a close competition. In the 400m Agee Peters also ran a new personal record coming in second place and Sebastian finished in third place. The 800m ended with an outstanding finish by Mark To who pushed himself from fourth to third place in the last 20 meters of the race in a show of incredible endurance. In the 200m Alex Johnstone worked hard on his form and technique and finished in a strong first place. It was a tough meet with the heat, but the track team demonstrated grit and persistence today, cheering each other on and running, jumping, and throwing hard.
