Golf v. Rectory School

The varsity team traveled to Putnam, CT and the Connecticut National Country Club to meet Rectory School on their home course. Jonny, Diego, Enrique, Jack, Dylan, and Jeff each won their matches in well-contested pairings. We arrived with some blue sky, but within moments of teeing off, the skies opened up and we were all well soaked by the second hole. The course was wet but a little more forgiving in the rain, and everyone benefitted. We enjoyed a fun ride home and dinner as a team at roadhouse cafe.
