Varsity B Ice Hockey Jamboree

The Varsity B Hockey team hosted its annual tournament over the weekend of January 25, and for the first time in the tournament's history, the Varsity B team made the semi-finals, and eventually, the championship game. The team earned victories over Fay, St. Peter's (Canada), and Kuper (Canada) in the preliminary round. Sean Connors and Riley Silbert led the team with great performances. Mikkel Joehnk and Joe McDonald joined Silbert on the Tournament All-Star team. The team won its semifinal game against Rectory, their third victory over Rectory this season. Unfortunately, the run ended in the championship game with a 4-3 loss against Kuper. The coaches were all very proud of the effort the boys exhibited throughout the entire weekend.
