At Eaglebrook, boys learn more than they ever thought possible, discover inner resources, develop self-confidence, and have fun along the way. Delivering on our mission is only possible through the incredible generosity of alumni, parents, parents of alumni, and friends.”
Development Tennis closed out the season on a high note by edging past Cardigan Mountain School in a 4-3 road thriller on Saturday afternoon. The rematch between two of the premier junior boarding schools in New England resulted in the same margin as the first meeting on April 22nd. Only this time, the Brookies prevailed to avenge the disheartening loss that provided some additional motivation to win for skippers Caitlin Barker and Paul Huang's troops in their preparation for the season finale over the past week.
With the win over Cardigan Mountain School, Development Tennis finished the season with a 6-3-1 record. The youngsters had a lot of fun learning and improving on their game while enjoying some time on the court following a winter that extended one week into April with a blizzard that brought nearly a foot of snow.
