JV2 basketball vs. Williston

A satisfying victory was earned over Williston on Wednesday afternoon. Williston executed the fast break, the full-court press, and the backcourt press. We could hear Alabama and Oklahoma being called but we were powerless to stop them. The shooting in the first two quarters was the best I have seen out of this team. DD 23 was on-fire, knocking down three-pointers. Eric S. 23 got into the mix and contributed. We have a tendency to shoot from the perimeter and on this day it was the right thing. Bodie B. 25 was our go-to guy at point guard, as was Aiden S. 24. Cody C. 25, and Cole C. 25 were reliable on defense. Bo W. 23 contributions in shutting down #1 were perhaps the key to victory. We built a big lead. We lost that big lead. It was then neck and neck in the fourth. And Aiden sealed the victory with a 3-pointer.
