Introducing Eaglebrook's New Faculty!

There are some new faces on campus this fall. Here is a quick introduction to our talented new faculty members:

Alyssa Robb comes to Eaglebrook from the Stoneleigh-Burnham School in neighboring Greenfield where she taught visual arts, was the Director of the Geissler Gallery, and was the IB Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and environmental studies from Oberlin College in 2005. Since then she has held numerous positions in education. At Eaglebrook, Alyssa will be teaching art, advising in Kravis House, and coaching Cross Country this fall. In her spare time, Alyssa can be found hiking, biking, running, and gardening.

Annie Thompson is joining the Eaglebrook community in a wide variety of roles. In Eaglebrook’s athletic pursuits, she will coach our newest addition to the fall sports offering, Pickleball; in academics, she will be teaching in the English Department and acting as an advisor in Flagler House. Annie joins Eaglebrook following several years of experience as a Humanities Teacher for the Vistamar School in El Segundo, California. She holds a master's degree in integrated marketing from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts from Simmons University. When away from Eaglebrook, Annie enjoys baking, playing tennis, and walking around her farm. 

Brianna Harnden is a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she earned her Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering. While not entirely new to Eaglebrook as she has served as the Assistant Swim Coach since November of last year, Brianna looks forward to her new role in the Science Department. In addition to her duties in the Science Department, Brianna will be coaching JV Water Polo this fall. Brianna will also be taking on the role of an advisor in Eagles Nest for the 22-23 school year. In her free time, Brianna enjoys cooking, painting, and going on walks with her family. 

Brittany Inch, while not entirely new to Eaglebrook, is joining the faculty team. Brittany will be teaching in the Science Department for the upcoming school year. In the past she has been in the Main Office, formally known as the Switchboard, working on the administrative side of Eaglebrook’s experience. She has also coached Ultimate Disc for the past year and is known to assist with the theater program. Prior to working in the Main Office, Brittany graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors of Science in natural resources conservation. This semester, when not teaching, she will be coaching Juniors' Soccer. Brittany is also an advisor in Kravis House. In her personal time, Brittany enjoys hiking, painting, cooking, and playing the keyboard.  

Christa Morrison comes to Eaglebrook from Addison Central School District where she was the Physical Education Teacher at three elementary schools. She is joining Eaglebrook in a wide variety of roles. In academics, Christa will be in the Academic Support Department as well as teaching a Fourth Form health and wellness class. This term, when not teaching, she will be coaching JV Soccer. Christa is also an advisor in Flagler House. In her free time, Christa enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. 

Elizabeth Lauderdale is joining the Eaglebrook faculty following her graduation from Hollins University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in classical studies. During her time in college, Elizabeth was a Co-Editor for the Cyborg Griffin Literary Magazine. At Eaglebrook Elizabeth will be teaching in the History and Latin departments. When not teaching, Elizabeth will be an advisor in Taylor House. In her free time, she enjoys playing the viola and reading science fiction novels.

Griffin Morse joins Eaglebrook’s faculty as the newest addition to the Latin Department. When not teaching, Griffin will be coaching Varsity Football and acting as the latest addition to the Eagles Nest advisor team. Before working at Eaglebrook, Griffin has held a long career in secondary school education. When not working, Griffin enjoys traveling, visiting museums, and attending concerts. 

James Ha joins Eaglebrook from New Hampshire’s White Mountain School where he was Associate Director of Admission for Access and Inclusion. James earned his Master of Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. James joins the Eaglebrook School not only as a Spanish teacher in the World Languages Department but also as the newest Admissions Associate. When not teaching James is an advisor in Eagles Nest. In his free time, James enjoys playing the drums, walking through the woods, and dancing the bachata. 

Seth Keevaenthal is the latest addition to Eaglebrook’s Communications Department as the Assistant Director of Communications. In addition to his roles in the Communications Department, Seth will teach an elective course at Eaglebrook in the future. Seth joins Eaglebrook after a brief career with Nexstar Broadcasting in their Albany, WTEN, and Chicopee, WWLP, offices. Prior to entering the Journalism workforce, Seth ran several student-led organizations at his alma mater Clark University. Seth graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree focusing in Screen (Film) Studies and Psychology. In his free time, Seth enjoys working on and restoring his historic home in Heath, Massachusetts, working on short films, and spending time with his spouse and two cats. 

Waleed Azad is Eaglebrook’s new Assistant Director of Secondary School Advising. He is a recent graduate of Westfield State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in english with a concentration in writing and a minor in communication. Waleed joins Eaglebrook after working for 22News in Chicopee as a Digital Content Producer. In addition to his role in the SSA Office, Waleed will be teaching an SSAT Prep Course and coaching JV1 Soccer. In his free time, Waleed enjoys reading, writing, hiking, and playing soccer. Currently, he lives in his Ware, Massachusetts, home. 


Zack Mandell in addition to being an Eaglebrook graduate (Class of 2000), is the latest addition to the English Department. Before joining the ranks of Eaglebrook’s faculty, Zack taught English composition at the Hillside School in Marlborough, Massachusetts. When not teaching, Zack will be coaching Cross Country and advising in Flagler House. Zack lives on campus and enjoys graphic novels, running, and cooking.
