A Tough Loss

If you've ever ridden a roller coaster at Six Flags, then you know what the game was like between Eaglebrook and Andover JV. Having lost up at Andover earlier in the season, everyone knew this would be a tough one - and boy was it - but not in the way people expected. The Young Eagles nearly very nearly pulled off an incredible upset. The final score goes down as 3-4, but three of the other matches all went to 5 games and with a little bit more luck and composure, then one of those add games in five would have fallen our way. Unfortunately, age and experience counted in this one, but our boys will learn from this harshest of harsh defeats. The highs will certainly last longer than the lows and that bodes well for these boys as they carry on their squash careers, be it here or elsewhere.
