Thirds Hockey v. Rumsey Hall

The Brookies loaded up the bus and headed two hours south on Saturday to have a  re-match against Rumsey Hall School, who beat us by a goal two weeks prior. The team was determined to avenge that loss and came out flying in the larger, colder arena. We were able to mount several offensive attacks, while also playing stellar defense. After the first period, we had a good leas, but did not want to become overconfident against a talent opponent. We were able to continue to play well as a team with good communication and short shifts. We idoubled the lead and went into the 3rd period confident, but not done. We had one minor lapse that gave Rumsey two chancres to score and they succeeded on one. This was our finest game in all areas of play as we continue to improve exponentially, we are looking forward to the second half of the season.
