  • Step 1: Inquiry Form

    Please complete the required Inquiry Form so we may learn more about you as a student.

  • Step 2: Schedule an On-Campus Visit & Interview

    Please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@eaglebrook.org or (413) 774-9111 at your earliest convenience to set up a visit to campus. We accept appointments year-round. Please contact the Admissions Office to discuss possible alternatives.

  • Step 3: Submit Application Materials

    Applicants have one option for applying online:
    The Standard Application Online (SAO)


    Please submit all of the application materials along with the required application fee ($60 for domestic applications and $120.00 for international applicants). 

    Required Application Materials:

    1. Academic Record: We require the most recent grade reports (for the current and previous school years).

    2. Recommendations: Recommendation requests are sent directly through SAO to the candidate's teachers. Teachers will complete and submit the recommendations directly to the Admissions Office.

    The following recommendations are required: 
    • Head of School or Principal Recommendation
    • English Teacher Recommendation 
    • Math Teacher Recommendation 
    • Personal Recommendation 

    3. Standardized Testing:
    Domestic and International applicants should submit results from the following test:

    The SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) for applicants to the 7th, 8th, or 9th grades - Information for the SSAT can be found at www.ssat.org

    AND/OR 

    The WISC-V (the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children) upon Eaglebrook's request or if previously administered. 

    In addition, International Applicants should submit results from:

    The TOEFL Junior - information for the TOEFL Jr. can be found at www.ets.org/toefl_junior.

    Additional testing may be required by the admissions committee. 
  • Financial Aid

    At this time of the year, we have completely allocated our Financial Aid funds for the 2023-2024 school year. 

    To be considered for Financial Aid, for the 2024-2025 Admissions Season, candidates must complete the Admissions Checklist and submit all financial aid requirements.   • Admissions Deadlines

    Domestic Applicants: Domestic Boarding and Day applicants are considered on a rolling basis. There are no formal deadlines. However, we suggest applications be submitted as early as possible since there are a limited number of boarding and day spaces. First-round decisions will be made after January 1.

    International Applicants: International applicants need to complete application requirements by December 15. Please contact the Admissions Office for available space after December 15. 

    Financial Aid Applicants: New financial aid candidates need to complete both the Admissions application requirements AND Financial Aid application requirements by January 15.
